This post is a She Comes First summary. Specifically, it is a summary of Part 2, Chapter 31: Escalating the Action Part 1, Chapter 32: Two’s Company, Chapter 33: An Interlude, and Chapter 34: Escalating the Action Part 2.

She Comes First was written by Ian Kerner. This chapter summary was written by Sam Fury.

The G-spot isn’t just a single dot—it’s more of an area, and a very sensitive one at that.

Think of it as a clitoral cluster: a network of nerves that, when properly stimulated, can unlock deep pleasure.

Contents

The Classic Come-Hither

To awaken the clitoral cluster, use your index finger in a gentle “come-hither” gesture.

Gently graze her vaginal ceiling with your fingertip. As you do, you’ll pass over the engorged clitoral cluster—by now it should feel spongy and hard to miss.

Your fingertip should come to rest in the soft, cushiony tissue where the vaginal ceiling meets the entrance.

Come-Hither Clasp

Now add some pressure.

1. Press lightly against her pubic bone with your fingertip.

2. While curling your finger, press the length of your finger firmly into her vaginal ceiling. Hold the position and apply steady pressure.

3. With your other hand, press down from above onto her pubic mound.

To vary the sensation:

  • Reverse your hand position and repeat the same technique on her vaginal floor, stimulating the perineal tissue. Press down with your finger inside while your thumb presses from the outside.

  • Use the come-hither motion to graze the left and right vaginal walls, especially near the entrance.

  • At the same time, bring your tongue back into play with vertical strokes or by pressing your flat tongue against her clitoral head.

Two’s Company

It’s time to invite a second finger—your middle finger.

  • Insert both fingers (palm up) and let them rest inside.

Feel her pelvic muscles contracting around them.

  • Together, graze the ceiling, floor, and walls with slow come-hither strokes.

  • Flatten your fingers and press them into the spongy tissue of her vaginal ceiling while using your other hand to press down on her pubic mound.

Use both hands in harmony: one stimulating inside, the other massaging from above. Keep your tongue on her clitoral head, switching between small strokes and firm stillness.

Remember: gentle on the head, firm on the cluster.

For added intensity, hook your fingertips just inside her entrance and push up firmly against the clitoral cluster. Rest your chin comfortably in your palm so your fingertips press deeply into the spongy tissue just behind her clitoral head.

Time-Out for Connection

During the come-hither clasp, you’ve got the perfect chance to explore other areas with your mouth.

  • Kiss her stomach, breasts, and lips (if she welcomes it).

  • Keep a small towel nearby to wipe down your face and her thighs.

  • A sip of wine can refresh your palate and add to the intimacy.

The Gum-Press

This move is a game-changer.

Press your flat, still tongue onto her clitoral head. Then, raise your upper lip and press your gum against her front commissure. If gums are hard to expose, use your upper lip instead.

  • Start light, then adjust to her preference.

  • While holding pressure, lick her head, frenulum, hood, and inner labia.

  • Let her set the rhythm as she grinds against you.

When You Need a Break

If your mouth needs a rest, switch things up:

  • Press your thumb into her frenulum and massage the tissue against her pubic bone while licking.

  • Or introduce a vibrator for added stimulation.

The key is providing resistance so she can create friction and build tension her way.

Putting it Together

Now combine the gum-press with the come-hither clasp.

  • Maintain the gum-press for 5–10 seconds.

  • Alternate with short horizontal or vertical tongue strokes.

  • Keep the manual stimulation steady—pressing fingers into her clitoral cluster while your thumb works the frenulum and your other hand stimulates her perineum.

The Four Fundamentals

To guide her into orgasm, focus on these essentials:

1. The rhythm of your tongue on her clitoral head.

2. The firm, steady pressure of your fingers on her clitoral cluster.

3. The supportive hold of your hand under her buttocks.

4. The gum-press for deep clitoral pressure.

Staying Connected

Sometimes women may feel a little disconnected during extended oral. If that happens, increase physical intimacy:

  • Straddle one of her legs so your body is pressed against hers.

  • Let your penis rest against her inner thigh.

  • Stroke her stomach or hold her close to reinforce intimacy and connection.
