Almost everyone is the center of their own world.

The star of their life movie. 

In order to coax them out of this shell, you must first enter their spirit. 

One way to enter your target’s spirit is to mirror them.

Play their game, share their interests, and adapt to their moods. 

Do this, and they will open up and be susceptible to your influence.

When you indulge someone, you’re basically letting them have what they want—even if it’s a bit extra or unnecessary. 

Doing so is a way to enter their spirit. Allow them to be the dominant one for the time being.

Make your target feel like when they are with you, they are living their true selves. They are the great lover, the romantic hero, or whatever it is they want to be. 

You’ve got to uncover their broken dreams and help breathe life back into them. 

By entering your target’s spirit (by mirroring and/or indulging them) you break down their initial defenses. They will become open to your influence and after a while, they will be the ones entering your spirit. There will be a subtle shift in power, and they will start to mirror and indulge you. This is exactly what you want.

Mirroring another is flattering, but don't overdo it. Indulging them too much or being an exact copy will have the opposite effect on them. Share similarities, but keep a strong sense of yourself underneath. 

Mirror at the start of the seduction, but gradually shift the dynamic before it’s too late.
