If the Siren is the great male fantasy figure, then the Rake is the great female fantasy figure.

He is the type of man who will stop at nothing to get the woman he desires.

The rake is unrestrained. He does not play it safe. He is a master of seductive language, and if he has to break the rules to get his prize, he will do so without hesitation.

He doesn’t care what others think of him. When he sees his prize, he does whatever is needed to get her.

Seduction takes planning and strategy, but if your victim thinks you have ulterior motives, she will resist you.

Also, if your victim thinks you are in control, it will induce fear instead of desire. 

The Ardent Rake bypasses these things by expressing his uncontrollable libido.

The Siren’s physical presence is what captures the hearts of men. For women, the Ardent Rake has the same effect, but he uses intense desire.

It’s an intense desire that will break down her defenses. After all, the man who will face all obstacles to get to her can’t possibly be a seducer.

To be an effective Rake, you must have no hesitation. Show her that you can’t control yourself. You are a slave to her charms. Do this right and not only will she be yours, but she will forgive your future indiscretions.

The Demonic Rake is a master of flattery. He can pinpoint each target’s weakness and appeal to it. Everything he says or does is suggestive of sex or romance. 

Most men succumb to the visual. This is why the Siren is so effective. For women, it is language and words that will capture their hearts. 

Anyone who wishes to be successful in seducing women must learn to use their words in a suggestive and hypnotic way.

A Rake’s words are demonic because they are designed to persuade, flatter, and stir emotional turmoil, just like how the demonic snake tempted Eve.

An erotic Rake seduces women. A political Rake seduces the masses. They both use words as their tool. 

It’s not the words themselves, but the way you deliver them that matters. Focus on evoking emotion, not just conveying information

Society often frowns upon women indulging in pure pleasure, but, just like men, they crave it. Pleasure with a hint of danger is highly seductive, and that is what the Rake offers.

A man who gives himself totally to her is one of the primary female fantasies, even if it is just for a little while. 

So, if you want to be a Rake, you must hint at the forbidden. You must be something not so pure. Something rare and thrilling.

One of the most powerful tools the Rake has is being seemingly unable to control himself when it comes to his target. This display of weakness is actually very attractive. 

Don’t let the possibility of rejection faze you. When she resists, or if there is any other obstacle in the way (such as a husband), it just makes you desire her more.

In fact, you must create obstacles if there are none. 

No seduction can proceed without obstacles. They build tension.

You may think that the Rake’s targets are those women with a little ‘edge’ in them. The naughty ones. But the opposite is true. Often, it is the ‘good girls’ that are most drawn to the Rake, because they want to taste the danger. 

Not only that, but they want to reform the Rake. You can use this to your advantage. If you are ever caught in your seductive ways, play the victim. It’s not your fault that many women desire you. You are too weak to resist, but you want to change.

Never apologize for your actions. Your reputation as a Rake is your greatest asset. It is what makes you so attractive. Embrace your uncontrollable desire and your rebelliousness against convention.  

This doesn’t mean you're antisocial. You can be polite on the surface, but hint at the danger underneath.

Other men are your greatest danger. They will get jealous. Tread lightly, but don’t be fearful. After all, boldness is what makes you a Rake. 

Beware of husbands and other lovers that seek revenge. They are your greatest threat. But even the insecure men will feel threatened by you, and can attack your morality.

There’s nothing you can do to avoid these risks. Just be aware of them. Don’t cower from the attacks, or you’ll lose your seductive power.
