When your target sees too much of the real you, your seductive effects will wear off. 

Instead, be elusive. You want your opponent to feel your absence. 

If you become too familiar with your target, if you are too consistent and predictable, your target can’t idealize you. 

This doesn’t mean you should never be around. On the contrary. Your target needs to get their dose of you. However, don’t let them discover too much about you. 

Your target wants to fantasize about you. You need to facilitate this by not giving away too much of yourself. Never be ordinary—stand out in a way that fuels their imagination.

When your target is alone and is thinking about you, they start to idealize you more and more in their imagination. This is crystallization.

There are two crystallizations during a seduction. The first one occurs when your target first meets you. The second is a bit later on, when the target has doubts as to whether or not they can have you. 

Creating this second crystallization is critical.

If you are easy to have, your worth goes down.

As the seduction progresses, you should associate yourself with poetic images and feelings. Something mythic. 

Do this with your clothing, words, and actions.

Take your target to places that offer a heightened experience, such as something artistic or spiritual. You need to create those shared moments that are out of the ordinary and pleasant.

Not only should your target see you as elevated and poetic, you need to make them feel the same way. 

Idealize your target. Keep yourself constantly in their mind with letters, mementos, gifts, etc., and they will idealize you in return.

The flip side of being mysterious is revealing everything. Let your target know all your vices. This too can be very seductive. 

Just don’t come across as mediocre. Ensure you create some kind of fantasy for your target.
