Break free from your past by embracing the present moment. Instead of replaying old memories, focus on creating new experiences now. Do not let the events of your past dictate your future by always anticipating them.

Escape survival mode by prioritizing creation. Activate your frontal lobe to become self-aware, then make your new thoughts more real than your old feelings. Forget the external world and trust your inner vision to transform your health.

Embrace the creative process by living as "nobody". Transmute survival energy, liberating yourself from the physical realm, and find freedom in creation. You can become pure consciousness and heal your brain and body.

Part Two: Your Brain and Meditation

6. Three Brains: Thinking to Doing to Being

Understand that lasting change needs new thoughts, actions, and feelings. Wire your three brains—thinking, feeling, and doing—to align the intellectual, emotional, and physical. Break the habit of being the same, and wire new circuits.

Meditate to go straight from thinking to being your ideal self. Use visualization and mental rehearsal to rewire your brain to better access new states of being. Change your internal state to impact your world.

Recognize the gap between how you appear and who you truly are. Discover your authentic self, then let go of the need for external validation. Do not hide. Be honest, and use elevated emotions.

Become observant of all aspects of self, using a specific skill set, and decide what behaviors will no longer serve you. Use stillness and attention to make your brain act like the brain of a child.

Meditate to access the subconscious and its operating system. Connect with elevated brain waves to experience high levels of mind. Become liberated, and release positive life into the world.

Part Three: Stepping Toward Your New Destiny

9. The Meditative Process: Introduction and Preparation

Prepare your environment, body, and mind. Then follow these actions in meditation to better your being. Dissociate from your identity, and let go. 

Focus attention on your breath, and relax. Surrender negative feelings to access your subconscious for the positive changes to bring into the world around you.

10. Open the Door to Your Creative State (Week One)

Practice induction daily to open a gateway to your subconscious, and calm brain waves. Shift focus from analysis to feelings. Become aware of your body to escape it and become greater.

Use either the Body-Part or Water-Rising Induction by focusing awareness on the given prompts. Focus on the sensations of touch and space to quiet analysis and slow brainwaves.

11. Prune Away the Habit of Being Yourself (Week Two)

Recognize your unwanted self, admitting to your higher power the emotions and mind states you want to change, and tell the world. By telling the world you admit your faults.

Surrender your limitations to universal consciousness. Trust the process with passion and joy, and have thankfulness. Transform emotions; create an attitude that liberates mind, body, and being.

12. Dismantle the Memory of the Old You (Week Three)

Observe your daily thoughts and actions. Identify the roots of your negative feelings. See how they don't serve you any more. 

Become aware of triggers from the world and from the past. Don't fall back into the old ways. Reclaim your mind, change your chemistry and stop yourself using "Change".

13. Create a New Mind for Your New Future (Week Four)

Reflect, rehearse, create. Know what you no longer want, then create a vision of the future. Use mental rehearsal to act as your new better, beautiful and beloved version.

Plant seeds of better being. Create a garden in your thoughts and feelings by planting, then watering. Now get better as you, get what you want from the world.

Focus attention on

14. Demonstrating and Being Transparent: Living Your New Reality

Live as though your desires are fulfilled, matching your actions to your goals. Align your thoughts and deeds, physically applying what you've mentally rehearsed. This connects you to the energy of your creation and attracts new events into your life.

Maintain the energy and mind you created during meditation throughout your day. Look for synchronicities and new opportunities as feedback, inspiring you to continue your efforts. This shows you're creating reality, not just living in it.
